UnionBank Unveils New Wellness HUB, Prioritizing Employee Health and Well-being

Union Bank of the Philippines announced on Monday, July 15, 2024, the launch of its new Wellness HUB. This is a significant shift from its traditional on-site clinic set-up into a more holistic healthcare facility, prioritizing the health and wellness of its employees.
A Holistic Approach to Employee Wellness
The UnionBank Wellness HUB, powered by Flexicare, one of the subsidiaries of Unilab Health Services under RelianceUnited, goes beyond offering basic medical services. It adopts a holistic approach to employee wellness, encompassing various programs designed to support employees’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
