UnionBank Hosts Onsite Physical Exams and Executive Check-Ups for Employees

UnionBank reinforced its commitment to employee well-being by hosting an onsite Annual Physical Exam (APE) and Executive Check-Up (ECU) from September 16 to 18 at UnionBank Plaza. Through its partners, Flexicare and Reliance United, the event made preventive healthcare more accessible and convenient by bringing a comprehensive range of medical services directly to employees.
Licensed physicians and skilled medical staff were present at every step to ensure accuracy and comfort to all the employees who signed up for the three-day event. Employees were provided with a detailed checklist of procedures to ensure a thorough health assessment. These included vital sign monitoring, physical examinations, blood extraction, specimen collection for urinalysis and fecalysis, ECG, ultrasound scans, eye checkups (refraction), treadmill stress tests, and onsite X-rays facilitated through Reliance United’s mobile X-ray van.
By holding the check-ups onsite, UnionBank enabled its employees to prioritize their health without the need to leave the office or disrupt their daily schedules.
The Bank also partnered with Go! Salads to provide complimentary nutritious meals, helping employees restore their energy after completing their exams, especially following the required overnight fasting for certain check-ups.
Additionally, those who completed their check-ups received free medicines and vitamins from Unilab to support their health journey moving forward.
