The attendees were greeted with a stellar performance from our InLife partners, followed by an inspiring recap of the past year’s achievements that drive both InLife and UnionBank’s business growth. 

In the second half of the program, UnionBank BCM Regions from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao battled it out with spectacular dance performances, showcasing futuristic set pieces and costumes. UnionBankers who could own the stage with their voices also performed during the intermission.

UnionBank Branch Transformation Officer, Rachelle Alcantara shared that he looked forward to meeting his colleagues in BCM, saying “It feels good to be back to where I started! As this is my first time hosting an event, I was both anxious and thrilled to be hosting the “Power on for Growth” sales rally. The loudest yell and cheer from my fellow UnionBankers gave me the chills. I am appreciative of my boss, Sir Ron Batisan for providing me with this chance and trusting me to be your vivacious host.”
