The Next Edge for Banks: AI and Machine Learning with AWS

August 17, 2022 – Over 50 participants from different branches, departments, and IT specializations joined the e-learning session led by AWS Head of Technology (Financial Services) Unni Pilai who discussed the importance and different use-cases of AI and Machine Learning.
“Document processing in the last few years accelerated due to the pandemic. You can now fill a form online, send it to the bank and process it.” – Unnil Pinai
Unni also talked about the different stages of the customer journey once augmented with AI and Machine Learning.
The E-learning session ended with a Q&A session and a short quiz, facilitated by UnionBank Learning and Development Head, Ms. Joanna Romero Wolf.
