On January 30, 2025, UnionBank President and CEO, Ana Aboitiz Delgado, addressed the Bank’s top leaders at her inaugural Executive Briefing and Town Hall, “Future Forum.”
The town hall focused on the Bank’s current business state, continuous strengthening of leadership and culture, and its transformation into a next-generation bank.
Excellence Through Innovation and Customer Service
Several of the Bank’s senior leaders shared the stage with Ana, including Corporate Planning and Investor Relations Head, Carlo Enanosa who shared the 2024 Business Insights. Chief Marketing & Experience Officer, Albert Cuadrante also presented the Bank’s growth in transactions, effective partnerships with major industry players, and its robust online banking app, a feature-rich and preferred choice for many clients.

Fostering a Culture of Learning for 2025
Chief Human Resource Officer, Michelle Rubio, also joined the talks, engaging with the leaders while emphasizing the importance of organizational culture and how leaders can drive positive change for a more productive 2025.
