Empowering Ethical Leadership: UnionBank Conducts Ethics Refresher for Sales Leaders

The UnionBank Human Resources team recently conducted a series of ethics refresher courses at UB Square for Sales Leaders and their teams from October 10 to October 15, 2024.
The discussions focused on ethical processes at UnionBank, employee discipline using existing tools and policies, the updated Code of Conduct, and Sales Do’s and Don’ts.
Facilitated by Talent Capability Manager Nina San Juan, the event featured notable speakers, including UnionBank executives from Organizational Development, Marlon Chua, HR Legal, Atty. Nikki, HR Legal Counsel, Atty. Pao Arqueros, and representatives from Sales and Governance, Rachel Asuncion, Eriza Paula, and Jefferson Galvez.
Over a hundred UnionBankers from the Sales team attended the course, gaining an opportunity to refresh their knowledge on ethical practices that ensure compliance and support UnionBank’s commitment to consistently applying High Reliability Organization principles in their work approach.
