Our UnionBank University also introduced new ways of learning.
We have shifted to a self-driven approach, allowing our people to do self-paced learning and to take ownership of their capability-building.
This flexibility allowed us to easily shift when we currently need to work and learn from home.
Another way for us to ensure that UnionBankers are building capabilities for now and the future is through our capability-based learning plans.
Here is an example of a curriculum on leadership capability.
It shows what employees need to learn to achieve a certain level of proficiency and directs them on how to enroll or access these learning courses.
This is also available for all our core, chapter, and COE capabilities. The UnionBank University has a blueprint and curriculum for 140 digital capabilities to upskill our people.
