
Mindful Moments: Mental Health breaks and Healthy Lifestyle Workshops

Last October, UnionBankers gathered at UB Plaza to attend wellness seminars and participate in mindful activities that aim to promote positive lifestyle changes that can improve their mental health.
RESILIENCE DEVELOPMENT
UnionBankers attended Dr. Joan’s talk on resiliency and how employees can apply various methods on building workplace resilience to combat stress, conflicts, and other challenges that employees may face.


MINDFUL EATING SEMINAR
Dr. Francesca enlightened the attendees on how they can be more mindful when it comes to what they eat, highlighting the importance of a proper diet and shift in habits to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
UnionBankers enjoyed the Q&A portion as well as the discussion on myths about certain diseases and proper nutrition.


ESTABLISHING GOOD EATING HABITS with Go Salads
The next day, UnionBankers attended Go! Salads Marketing Manager and Eats Health Enthusiast, Community manager, Abbygale’s talk on developing sustainable good eating habits.
UnionBankers appreciated the flexible meal plans that were discussed along with the healthy food options that Go! Salads provide.



MINDFUL MOVEMENTS with Rebel
UnionBankers move to the beat with fitness and mindset coach, Cam and the Rebel team as she leads the employees to various exercises, encouraging everyone to stay in shape.

LAUGHTER YOGA & STRESS RELIEF with EMPATH
To wrap up the successful CHAT Wellness week, Our Wellness Mentor, Kimmy Chua, guides the participants on how to manage stress by stretching and team-based activities at the UB Plaza Sky Lounge, 48th floor.
UnionBankers had a blast on the fun activities and unprovoked laughter with breathing techniques (Pranayama). A healthy breakfast was also served to help nourish the participants.
