During the pandemic, our people and products made a tremendous impact on our clients, making UnionBank the 2nd Most Helpful Bank in Asia-Pacific in the  BankQuality Consumer Survey. Whether with human or technology interventionour values – magis, ubuntu, and integrityare lived, and our purpose to co-create innovations is fulfilled.   


As an organization, we are constantly learning. We practice what we have learned by doing, produce more by experimenting and creating, and deliver outstanding products and services to our customers. We continuously invest in capability building – a time-tested strategy to lasting transformation and a way of Future-proofing the Workforce of Tomorrow.  


The lighter and brighter side of work, as seen through the stories of UnionBankers who have their so-called best friends forever or BFFs at work. With the story Sanity Keepers: Benefits of Having a Best Friend at Work, we allowed UnionBankers to share the role of their BFFs on staying engaged, motivated, and productive 


We may be locked, but we are loaded with fun and creative ideas. There is a thin and almost invisible line between Work-Life Balance with the shift to work-from-home and blended work arrangements. Still, there are unstoppable UnionBankers who found joy in discovering new hobbies during the pandemic

People who have championed customer experience by integrating impactful and meaningful impressions on the customer journey, ensuring that aside from powering the future of banking for those who have immediate access to technology, we also did for those struggling amidst the pandemic.
